Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases of TerraPeak Multivitamin Select from KALINA BOGUSLAV via kalinaboguslav.cz.

1. Your right to return - 14 calendar days

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of the date you receive the goods, without providing a reason. This right is extended voluntarily by KALINA BOGUSLAV to all UK customers.

2. Condition of returned goods

The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Please note: food supplements supplied in sealed packaging are exempt from the standard right of return once the seal has been broken, as this affects product safety and hygiene. We therefore cannot accept returns of opened packs unless the product is faulty.

3. How to return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, stating your name, phone number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within one working day with return instructions and our return address.
  3. Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided.

4. Return postage

The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original, unopened condition, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Since payment was made in cash on delivery, refunds are made by bank transfer (BACS). We will contact you to obtain your bank details.

6. Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch at no cost. Contact us by phone during the confirmation call or by email at [email protected]. Alternatively, if the order has already been dispatched, you may simply refuse to accept the delivery - the order will be cancelled and no payment will be due.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange collection and a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
