Ordering & Payment
Fill in your name and phone number in the order form on our home page. A member of our team will call you to confirm the order. There is nothing to pay online - payment is made to the courier on delivery.
No. There is no prepayment. You pay cash or by card (Visa or Mastercard) to the delivery courier when your parcel arrives. If you choose not to accept the parcel, the order is cancelled at no cost to you.
Yes. You can cancel before dispatch by calling us or sending an email. During the confirmation call, you can also ask to cancel. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse the delivery - the order will be cancelled and you owe nothing.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery across the UK typically takes 2-4 working days after dispatch. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Returns & Usage
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product, provided the packaging is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us by email to arrange a return. See our Return Policy for full details.
Simply continue with your next regular dose. Do not take two capsules to compensate for a missed day. Do not exceed one capsule per day.
